WARAGI tests our image of war by exploring the history of Uganda, a country born from colonialism, growing up in conflicts. Most violence has ceased, but the disunion and ongoing power struggles seem deeply rooted. In the western slums of Kampala, a cannibalized helicopter leads to a group of people offering another impression: peace by explosions.
